Your credit cards usually report/update on the same date each month. They don't go out of their way to delay their reporting just because you have something positive changes  on your account.

Forever is a long time, although, I understand what you mean.   Its all in the timing.   Credit cards report once a month.  Credit bureaus can update on cycles as well.  It depends on when the Credit Bureau makes the update available.  Its all in the processing times.  Credit Karma pulls weekly.   If your Credit Karma date is the day before the card reports, it'll be another week at minimum. New account reporting is even worse than payment processing.
