I share an account with my mother is she files for bankruptcy how does that affect my credit/score
My Best Buy account in my credit report is a shared account - my mother is the main person in charge of the account but I hold a separate best buy card and make payments (invoices are under her name) she is planning to file for bankruptcy - how will that affect my credit report and score - does it show up a discharge? or a judgment on my account - please advise - ASAP thank you
