I saw a credit card on my report I did apply for.
It was opened in June 2016.....what can I do ?

I assume you mean "Didn't"

apply for.

I would suspect fraud.  Imediately file a dispute with the Credit bureaus, YOu can do that online at their websites.  I would also ask to have a "fraud alert" or "credit freeze" put on your report.  Google them so you know how they work  

If you apply for new credit you will have to notify the credit bureaus ahead of time to allow access to your credit report.
