If you own your home

you should have no problem getting a home improvement loan from a bank. Call your bank and ask to speak to a loan officer.  They will ask a few questions and give you a list of financial info that you will need to provide. Gather the info and take a trip into the bank.  Should be easy enough.

You can get these products on line as well. There a plenty of on-line banks and lenders now days.

Good luck
