You can't have both.  You need to learn to control your spending. Pay your debts.  Many people on this site suggest googling Dave Ramsey and learn tools to get out of debt.

You give up ALL your credit.  It will stay on your Credit report for 10 years and you will have to start fresh rebuilding your credit after that.

No one "Needs" to go bankrupt. You need to learn to live within your means and how to manage your credit. They don't reward people that file bankruptcy with instant credit or allow you to keep your credit cards. 

Dave Ramsey is the best at teaching people how to get out of debt. Look him up!
