The easiest way to clear a negative is to simply file a dispute directly with the bureas:

If it's still proving difficult to remove the negative you should use a professional to help:

Sorry, but derogatory remarks remain part of your credit history for at least 7 years.  It does not disappear because of bankruptcy.  In fact, bankruptcy is a derogatory remark for 10 years.  Too many people believe bankruptcy clears their credit, giving a fresh start.  The fresh start requires totally rebuilding credit "from scratch" as if they never had credit before.  I just  wish people realized this.

This is true but when Agencies like Financial Credit Network lie and tell you an amount to pay off bad debt and then add 4000.00 to the bill it is hard not to file and clear all bills of system. You have to pay off anything you do not want in the bankruptcy so it is hard to not have to as your are being pussed into a corner. When they take 399.11 per pay period which pays your gas, electric, water, and garbage bill which are required evey your auto insurance it is hard to allow the MOB to push you.
