I have tried to get a good will adjustment from my lender but it was denied. What now?
They said that they have to report accurately nder the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Is there anyway to get a good will adjustment these late payments are from 2013.

You could try different departments of the lender you are dealing with, If you've already sent a goodwill letter to the top of the company and was told no from them, then there isn't really much else you can do. Since the lates are four years old they are probably losing their punch anyway.
