I have this bankruptcy on my credit report since oct. 2003. when should I expect it to be remove

By the end of this year.

Bankruptcies are reported for 10 years, so you can expect to see it gone by the end of the year since you filed in Oct 2003.  Got to give the court time to report to the credit bureau and then they have to get it into the credit records.

Hope you don't ever have to do that again!
