i have paid my cards to zero in dec. 2012 how come you do not show that ?
you still show that i owe almost 1500 on capital one it is zero WHY ?

It likely means Capital One hasn't reported it yet. I find that odd because I have Capital One and within about 2-3 weeks of my statement it updates without fail. You may just need to wait another couple of weeks. The likelihood is you paid it in advance of your payment due date and you have to wait for your next statement to issue, then a couple weeks after that to be reported.
