Well you can go to Cap 1 and see if you pre-qual for one of there cards...  More then likely you will have to start off with a secured card.  I would check with your bank, a local credit union or Cap1

Best Cards have no Yearly Fee.

The only really best card is one that is paid off every month.   Heck you don't even have to use it every month.

Store Cards are good to start with.  Wife has had a JCP Credit Card for over 23 years now.  her FICO Score is 828 ( just looked at it yesterday )  She has other Credit Cards but JCP is the Oldest.
