I have never had a bankruptcy how do I get it out of my credit report can you help

Since bankruptcy is generally reported on all three credit reports, go to annualcreditreport.com, get copies of those reports then file disputes for this bankruptcy and all other WRONG information being reported with the credit bureau(s) reporting that (mis)information. You might also give serious thought to reading the articles about credit on this site so you can have a better understanding of what is needed to have a good credit score.

You need to contact the the bureaus and white them a letter stating it is incorect information. i believe on Equifax you can also submit the claim online.
