Check all 3 credit reports.

Go to annualcreditreport.com and get all 3 credit reports.  Look them over thoroughly and file disputes on all WRONG entries with the credit bureau reporting them.  They have to investigate and either verify or delete the disputed items.  Make it a habit to do this check once a year to make sure all your credit information is correct.

It is not uncommon to find errors on reports.  If you are not hearing from this company by phone or mail, it is likely an error.
