Credit Karma is NOT a credit bureau, they cannot make changes to your credit reports. You need to find out what services the medical collections are for and contact the medical providers and try to straighten this out with them. If this doesn't work you can try disputing the accounts with the credit bureaus that are listing them. The three credit bureaus are Transunion, Equifax and Experian and they all have websites.
