Because they are irrelevant to credit.  They are assets, only and have no bearing on one's credit score. Please read the articles on this site so you can get a better understanding of what does or does not count in determining a credit score.

This is total nonsense. A lender always wants to know net worth, which is assets less liabilities. For Credit Karma to say assets are irrelevant is to prove they don't know what they are talking about,
