Your insurance company must not have paid the bills. You better call your insurance company and find out what is going on as it is damaging your credit. If the insurance company is not responsible for the payments or refuses to pay, you may want to contact the medical outfit that you had the service with and ask them to remove the account from your reports in exchange for your payment. Unless of course they are old and due to fall off, then you may not want to mess with them. 7 years is the fall off time.
