First, the community forum is not maintained by Credit Karma and while some employees may post, they do not make actually suggestions other than the articles they publish in which to assist you.   All reponses are suggestions by other users, the same as you, who can offer their experience and suggestions in which to assist you along the way.   To seek help directly from someone, you would need their direct contact information in which to develop a relationship for more direct assistance.   Please be careful of any individual you do develop a personal relationship and share information, as not everyone is honest.   Om regard to the status of your score, please keep in mind that while you see weekly updates from Credit Karma, your data on your actual credit reports updates monthly, so you can go several weeks without seeing an adjustment, depending upon your own situation and credit file.   If you utilization is not moving, you score will not move.  If your agent of accounts is not increasing, you score will not change.   Please also keep in mind that the higher your score is, the harder it is to see increases.  Its harder to get to 800 from 700 then it is to get from 600 to 700.
