It might be showing on Experian, and that information is not available to Credit Karma.  When you check all three credit reports (as advised in the articles here) you will be able to see which credit bureau it is reported to,.

Who is your secured card with?  Not all secured cards actually report to the credit bureaus.   Some report to only one bureau as opposed to all three.  How long have you had the card, it could take 30-45 days from opening of the account to reflect on your credit report.   Check out the reviews on your secured card and you may find others experience the non reporting, in which case having the card is not helping you.   On some of their website, they indicate if they report or not as well as if it will ever convert to an unsecured card.   One should rarely get a card that does not report and/or will not convert to an unsecured.  Just as one should avoid any card that charges a monthly maintenance fee along with an annual fee.
