I have a new auto loan that is paid on time each month how can that show up
How do i add a positive new loan on my credit report?

You can't, It's up to the lender

to report.   If the loan was through a regular finance company,  bank or credit union it will show up with in a few weeks.

 If the "loan" was from one of the "We Finance" type used car places, that do in-house financing,  then it may never show up at all.  They have to pay to report, and these small companies don't like to spend money and want to keep all the profits.   This type of loan is considered a personal loan between the seller and barrower and there is no law that requires them to report.
