New Credit card

If you have a 692 credit score and are working ( need to show some form of being able to repay ) there are a few options. First you can go with a secured card from Capitol One, Bank of America, or use this site to find one. If you don't want a secured card you can try Capitol One, CreditOne, or First Premier for a starting point. Either way there will be some fees so read the disclosures carefully and understand what you are getting. Do good for 6-12 months and you may be able to get a better card with less or no fees.
