i have a car loan that is not on any reports from this site, why?
this site needs a phone number ,for us customer to talk to some one .

I agree that this site needs a customer service phone number.  Unfortunately, this forum is for users only, as far as I have seen, no Credit Karma folks monitor this site.  Your auto loan company may not be reporting to TransUnion, that is why it doesn't show up here.  You'd have to call them and ask which bureaus they report to.  Also, this website is just for fun and education, don't take anything you see on here as "true" info.  Only trust what is on your complete credit report.  You can get one at www.annualcreditreport.com.  That is what creditors look at.  Best of luck!
