I have a 515 fico score. Can't even get a secured card
I have a 5 yr old $330 installment loan (chargeoff)that reports every month. This is making my on time ratio 9% but on tu it's 100%.They said if I pay they will remove. Will I be able to get a cc afterwards? Also have a tmobile for $670(reports as 3yr old but it's really like 5yrs old).Medical bill for $600(5 yrs old).payday loan for $300(5yr old). Just completed a $1200 furniture agreement and just started a credit builder loan with my credit union($1000).

Do "Pay for Delete Agreements" on all of the negative accounts that you can. Check with a company like OpenSky or Capital One for a Secured card, not sure who you were denied by.

Check with OpenSky, do some research, I don't have one of the cards, but I have read that they may not do a credit check. Do your research first though.

Pre-approved offers are a dime a dozen and they are NOT for secured cards.  A secured card requires that you deposit a few hundred dollars with the issuer and that serves as your credit limit.  After proving your reliability in use of credit with this card, you may qualify for larger limit unsecured cards.

All you can do is all you can do. If you can only do one right now then start there. Do your research on "Pay for Delete Agreements" before you proceed. If you can get rid of the rest of the negative sometime later, then of course you want to get them removed. But remember, it is best to just let some accounts fall off if they are outside the "Statute of Limitations to be sued for" and are close to the seven year mark. Seriously, do as much reading as you can on credit, the info will be of great benefit to you for the rest of your life. Any questions along the way, feel free to ask.
