I have 700 points with Fico and 736 with Creditwise, But In Creditkarma it says "Thin credit file."
Thin File Notification
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide your credit score at this time because your TransUnion credit report indicates you have a thin credit file.

CreditWise from CapOne is the same model used by Credit Karma, both are TU VantageScore3. The "thin file" pretty much just an CK's software thing and have no actual relations to your credit report.

FICO uses information from all three credit reports.  I don't know Creditwise but the answer to  most differences in score generally is the difference in calculation method.
