I have 1 missing payment that is 14 years old. How do I get it off my credit report.

It shouldn't matter, since 14 years is 2x the length of time that any information would remain relevant on your credit report outside of calculating your overall credit age (at least when it comes to calculating FICO or Vantage scores.)

This is hard to believe, but if true, contact the credit bureaus and ask them to remove it. But be careful as disputing this may remove the entire account from your reports and that could hurt your credit. Transunion, Equifax and Experian all have websites with contact info.
