I have 0 APR on my car loan, but the site wants me to change to 2% APR?
It's really odd.

Current Remaining Interest Cost @ 0.00% APR = $911
New Interest Costs (+ Fees) @ 1.99% = $446
Overall Savings = $465

How does this even begin to make sense?

I don't know why that happens but I trust my instincts and will go with whatever seems most reasonable at  the time.  Sounds like you do too.  We don't have to take the recommendations made on this site (I didn't when I consolidated my credit cards).
