You create a budget. Include all your debts, balance, interest rate, minimum payment. Include your income and all your expected expenses. After you pay your regular expenses you make sure you spend the rest on paying as much as you can on the credit line that charges the most interest. Paying it off first will give you more disposable income available to pay more then the minimums on the rest. Continue until all your debt is manageable and less than 20% of your limits.

Show your income as weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, etc. however you get paid and keep track of every dime. You will be surprised at how short amount of time it takes to see an increase in your credit score.
