Pay for Delete?

There has been an agreement between the credit reporting agencies to eventually not report this type of debt.  They have approximately 3 years to implement this change.

That said, you might still have some success.

1.  Is this a debt you can pay?

2.  Have you had any contact with the collection agency?

3.  If you are willing to pay in full, you can request the collection agency to delete this listing in return.  They want your money, and because this is medical related, this will likely be successful.  Make sure to get this agreement in writing first.  Most have a "form letter" for this, as it is pretty common.

I hope that this helped you!
