I decreased my revolving credit card debt to 12%. Why hasn't my score increased?
My payment history is also good.

What has the debt been recently?

Has your debt been under 30% for a while?  I doubt you will see much improvement unless it has been much higher?  Also, did you consolidate the debt to a loan?  That might be offsetting the improvement your are expecting.  Also, make sure the creditors are reporting accurately.  It may take several weeks or months for your score to catch up.  Patience is very important!
