I co-signed a truck loan for my ex husband of course it was repossessed . The balance owed 10,400 ,
It came off my credit report a year ago. Now I have a judgement advice?

What do you mean that you now have a judgement? Did you go to court for this? Or is it just some scary looking letter from the debt collection company trying to scare you into paying them? What is the "Statute of Limitations" in your state to be sued for debt? If there actually was a judgement obtained against you in an actual court, there probably isn't a whole lot you can do at this point except to either pay it or hire a good lawyer to try to fix this for you, but when you cosign a loan, you are promising to pay the loan if the primary applicant does not.
