I am showing 2 public record bankruptcies only filed but never went through
Filed bankruptcy to stop a foreclosure, once this was done the lender co-operated and gave us a loan modification. The bankruptcy was never completed how can this be explained or removed from my credit

Once you file banktrupcy, it is on your record for 10 years from the date it is dismissed or discharged.  Nothing you can do about it. Just because you didn't go through with the bankruptcy does not mean it doesn't show up on your report.  It is the initial filing that triggers it, not the "follow through" or lack thereof.
