I am divorcrd and my name is still on the mortgage and they wont remove it...what can i do

When you signed the mortgage documents, that agreement had nothing to do with your marital status.  You are obligated to see that the note is paid off.  If you didn't take this into account during the divorce settlement and had the court separate your obligation on the debt, there is little you can do without the cooperation of your ex.  About your only option is to have your ex refinace the house in their name only.  If they are unable or unwilling to do that, you're pretty much stuck unless you want to consider bankruptcy to be absolved of the debt.
