I am an unemployed graduate student with a fair credit score, but I cannot get a cosigner.
My wife is employed full-time, but her credit score is poor. Yet, very soon, I must pay $5000 for continuing doctoral degree tuition. Oh, and my wife and I filed for bankruptcy about one year ago. Is there still any way that I can get approved for something--a personal or private student loan, and so on?
