So this corporation here is the reason i can't get a credit card. the bank tells me that ive been delinquent on payments and i don't know why i owe this company money. Here's another thing though the hard inquiry has been removed since 2013 and i've read why it was removed and it says i haven't been late on payments or something like that. if it's been removed why hasn't my credit score been improving as of late and what do i need to do to get a credit card. i don't want to call this company because i don't want to wait on the line for hours on end to talk to a competent representative and because i don't want them to screw me over for that one call.

This company sells cookware.  If you did not purchase any cookware through them, then write Hy-Cite and all three credit bureaus and tell them to delete this account because it is not yours.  You can Googlde their name for their address.  Best of luck!
