Husband defaulted
husband was court ordered to make bankruptcy payments. He defaulted and therefore has been ordered responsibility for all debts arising out of this. Does this order in family court absolve me of the financial responsibility and clear my credit report for points charged against me for his neglect to follow the court order? I was never made aware he had discontinued making payments until it was too late to do anything about it. There was less than one year to pay off the bankruptcy.
