Unfreeze Equifax

I don't know how to unfreeze Equifax but I have the same situation.  Equifax is not updating since September 15, 2015.  Also, I pulled my reports from the 3 credit bureaus through Equifax to find out my scores are much higher on the credit bureau website than Karma.  It is probably free but wrong.  There is a 50 points difference.  The only advantage of having a low score on Karma is to make you feel very cautious with your finances.  Karma is telling us the report and number are coming from TransUnion and Equifax, then the result should be the same on bothe Karma and the credit bureau websites.
