How to stop child support credit claim
Child support put a credit claim as a loan on my report summary. I was incarcerated for 4 years and child support refuses to remove the interest on arrears. Was not late with payments just simply unable to pay due to incarceration (very hard to pay support when you can't work). Interest is nearly DOUBLE the arrears amount ! And since when is child support considered a loan ?

The child is still your child and your responsibility regardless if you are locked up or not. That is a court order to pay. Also many lenders will frown upon this because if you are cold hearted enough to stiff your own flesh and blood, they know that you would not pay them back. Honestly, it is time for you to grow up and take care of your responsibilities.
