I would like to report the cancellation of a fi-fa. I have copies of the cancellation, but I don't know where to mail it to get it removed from my credit report.

Mail photo copies to at least one of the

big Credit bureaus,  You can find their addresses on line.  Sent them a short letter explaining that you want the item removed from your reports. Remember to include your full name, address and SS#  at the top of the letter,  mail it Certified mail and Return receipt requested. it cost about 7 bucks to mail.

You only have to send to one credit bureau, they will notify the other 2 when they cross report.  If it doesn't come off your other reports within 60 days, then you may have to follow up with them as well, But in general one will do it.

good luck
