How to report fraud? Will it be completely removed? My credit was brand new, i'm from France
The fraud was a non payment to comcast for $300, my credit score was inexistant before and now it's miserable; 524.
Please if someone has any advice, I already sent letters to experian and equifax.

If it wasn't your account, dispute it with the credit bureaus, it could just be a simple error. Transunion, Equifax and Experian all have website with instructions on how to dispute accounts. If after the credit bureaus investigate you feel that you may be a victim of identity theft, you would need to contact the police and file a report. Also you would want to keep a very close eye on your credit reports and consider placing freezes on your credit. Do not jump to conclusions at this point, mistakes happen all the time.
