How to report accounts that are not yours and reflect on your report.
have 3 American Express showing $500. plus on each entry. Had a company Amex 10 years ago. Have not had one since. Not my debt.

Which is why we are advised to check all  three credit reports annually.  Errors are common, but only the individual can fix their credit errors.  Get copies of all three credit reports (free, once a year), look them over carefully and dispute all wrong information on each report with the credit bureau reporting it.

Credit Karma was set up to provide all the information needed to help individuals to build and maintain a good credit score so credit can work for them. It is a learning site with online interactive tools to use, also.  Please read the articles (see left side of page) and utilize the tools so you, too, can have a good credit score.
