How to prioritize my finances to raise my score?
I make decent money, and I am in the process of trying to repair my credit after years of bad decision making. I have the following debts,
-collection ($3000)
-auto loan (8 months rem. At $350)
-charged off checking acc. Not in collections yet ($950)
I want to know how to best apply my tax return to these debts to work on raising my score which is currently a 617?

Keep current on your auto loan. No need to hurry paying it off -- it is considered good debt.

Prevent the checking account becoming a collection. Talk to the bank first.

Then talk tocollectiona gency and try to get pay for deletin -- in writing.

good luck
