The information on credit card is purely informational for you which is derived from the two credit bureaus.   If this is outstanding debt, make arrangements with the creditor to pay it off and within 30-45 days, it should be reported as paid to the burear and thus here on Credit Karma.

If you are addressing collection accounts do some thorough reading on how to proceed. Don't just jump in thinking that you will pay the accounts and it will improve your credit, you may even get yourself into further problems if you enter any payment plans. "pay for delete agreements" are the best thing to get if you can, to handle collection accounts.
