Locate a bankruptcy attorney who gives a free initial consultation and LISTEN to them!!! They will give sound advice that may prevent your filking.  Why?? Because bankruptcy destroys your credit for at least the next 10 years and it is hard to rebuild.  So get information first, think hard and think again.

FYI-Been there, done that and wish I hadn't!!!
