Its part of your history.

You don't give any info as to when it happened but for the most part it will stay on your report for 7 years.  There is no way to contest it unless you can prove that the eveiction wasn't yours.  i.e. you never lived at the address or that the eveiction was placed on your report by mistake.

If it happened to you, there is no way of clearing it.  If it is a wrong entry on your credit report, you file a dispute with each of the credit bureaus reporting it.

you Wait, 

about 7 years from the time it showed up on your Credit Report , it should drop off, ( give or take a few months )
