You can have a bankrupty Chapter 13 removed as soon as 7 years from the date of discharge.

Chapter 13 = Seven years from filing date - according to Equifax, Experian, and TU (I actually had to look that up). It's 10 years from date of filing for Chapter 7.

Oh, this is the direct quote from Experian on the matter: "Chapter 13 bankruptcy is deleted seven years from the filing date because it requires at least a partial repayment of the debts you owe. Chapter 7 bankruptcy is deleted 10 years from the filing date because none of the debt is repaid."
