The best person to answer this would be a bankruptcy attorney. Bankruptcy procedures come under Federal law, so there likely are limitations, but they aren't widely known.

You can file as often as you like.  However, if it was discharged, you will have to wait 8 years before you can file Chapter 7 again.  You should consult an attorney.

You cannot file as often as you like, at least without loing your right to file.  :)

You're right about the eight year rule.  That's from filing date to filing date.
