Try to do your loan shopping within a short period of time so that FICO will score the inquiries as only one. Different versions of Fico have different windows of time, to be on the safe side do all of your loan apping within a 14 day period. If they inquires are entered correctly (no guarantee on that) then the inquiries will be scored as one and you could expect a minimal score decrease, if they inquiries are not entered correctly then you could suffer more point loss. Fico does this multiple inquiries scored as one within a short period of time on Auto Loans, Mortgage Loans and Student Loans only, this does not apply to regular loans or credit cards.
