I know it's been a while since you posted this, so I hope your score bounced back up.  The score they give you here is just for your education and entertainment.  Nobody else in the world uses or sees these scores.  The only score that truly counts is your FICO score.  You can get your FICO score for free if you have a Discover IT card, (they started putting FICO scores on customer statements, what a great idea!!) or you can purchase it from www.myfico.com.  Otherwise, I really don't sweat these score fluctuations too much.  If you're really worried about something funny going on, be sure to pull a full report from www.annualcreditreport.com at least once a year to see the full picture.  Best of luck!
