No set rate.  It depends on how simple or complex the situation is since bankruptcy is a legal procedure, and you should have the advice of a competent attorney or you can really get into a world of hurt!!  If you're thinking of bankruptcy to "solve" credit card issues that is definitely the wrong move!! Unpaid credit card debt hurts for 7 years but bankruptcy trashes your credit for TEN years and you have to totally rebuild your credit.  Been there!!!

Consult with a competent bankruptcy attorney who usually offers a free initial consultation that provides informatiion on alternatives to bankruptcy that would work.
