Hi Robknuckles12!

When you say public records removed, do you mean a judgment?   1 or more than 1?

Have they been removed completely?   Or just paid in full and showing a zero balance?

How old is it?

All of those matter...  but if it's just 1 judgment from the last 2-3 years and is now completely removed, I'd say you're looking at a 30-40 point bump.  Of course, that's just speculation based on an otherwise clean credit report.  Either way, CONGRATULATIONS!

I hope that helps.
