How long until Chase and Citicorp give credit cards after bankruptcy?
I would like to get either Chase's Marriott card or Citi's Hilton card. My Chapter 7 was finalized February of 2010 and Citi but not Chase was part of that. I have a credit score of 698 from Credit Karma, unsecured cards from Cap 1 and Barclays, a secure job that pays 90K and my income to fixed expenses score is under 15%. Those hotel cards have benefits that no other cards come close to. Does anyone know when it makes sense to apply to those cards again? Thanks in advance for any info.
