Same as any other entry... 7 years if it's negative and not a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, nearly forever if it's positive.

7 years from the date of service, but you may be able to get it removed sooner if you can pay it. Look into "pay for delete" agreement. Also might be some Hippa trick to get paid medical bills removed, not sure on that though. Google it.
